Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Experience operating a multi‑line telephone system.

Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.

Organization, Multi‑Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.

Customer‑friendly attitude when greeting customers.

Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

Previous reception experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

PBS Experience is an asset.

Previous Dealership experience is an Asset

High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Duties :

Operating a multi‑line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual / department courteously and professionally.

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person / department.

Stocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into the accounting programas directed.

Licensing of new and pre‑owned vehicles.

Maintaining a professional appearance and a neat work and waiting area.

Other duties as assigned.
