Supervisor

Breakaway Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead crews, ensure quality work, and support daily production across a landscaping, construction, and lawn maintenance company in Milton, ON.

Salary : $80,000-100,000 / year

Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and support field crews
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment
• Perform site checks and resolve on-site issues
• Communicate with the Production Manager and clients as needed
• Maintain accurate labour and material tracking
• Other duties as required
