The General Manager – Cooling Towers , will have accountability for the Cooling segment’s performance including P&L, team development, strategic marketing and sales and operations. The successful candidate will be an effective representative of the brand, foster productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and seek out new opportunities to grow the Cooling segment.Strong skills in collaboration and negotiation are key to success in this role.
