We are currently seeking Branch Managers to join our teams (on-site) in the following locations :
- Terrace
- Surrey
The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and enjoys exceeding customers’ expectations.
They will also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong sales background and a good working knowledge in Apollo, although applicants with Sabre experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of travel professionals.
- Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in.
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years sales and customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Extensive personal travel experience.
- Ability to work full time.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
- Knowledge of Apollo or Sabre booking systems.
- A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Previous team management experience required.
