In this pivotal role, you will support the development, coordination, and execution of technical solutions for our Client’s Environmental Tracking Tool.
This position requires a blend of development, coordination, and sustainment tasks, serving as the interface between design and business analysis within our team.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Regulatory Compliance :
Maintain and update regulatory compliance requirements in software
Add or revise permits for specific sites (permit details, conditions, tasks, and associated equipment)
Archive records within the system and reopen closed tasks as needed
Generate reports based on business needs for Downstream and individual assets
Provide testing support in FDS / DV when creating and updating report views
Manage elevated access and security levels
Reassign responsibilities and edit fields in the workflow
Coordination :
Work with each site to collect business requirements and provide overall business cases for enhancements
Obtain necessary approvals for larger enhancements from the Business Lead
Confirm new users and access changes with IT Operations
Resolve system issues and test resolutions with various stakeholders
Approve requests from end-users (location picklist updates, data imports, schedule reports, user cleanup, etc.)
Run data imports and provide day-to-day end-user functional support
Training :
Provide training to new users and refresher training to end-users
Update and maintain training documentation, QRGs, and user guides
IT Operations :
Submit tickets in SelfServe and participate in ticket review processes
Support testing in non-production environments (UAT testing)
Communicate completion of changes and participate in Intelex governance activities
Project Support :
Assist with building and mapping business processes
Support the implementation of Intelex Regulatory Modules for upcoming sites
Assist with QA / QC software implementation
Liaise with relevant business and technical resources to gather and manage business requirements
Support in building training materials and providing training to business users
Develop a sustainment plan for business processes and support the Intelex tool
Requirements and Qualifications :
Post-secondary degree in a related discipline (preferred)
Minimum of 8-12 years of related experience or equivalent
Experience in Environmental / Regulatory fields; ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Framework; Canadian provincial regulations (AB, SK, MB)
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Intelex Compliance Tracking Software (preferred)
Experience in facilitating change, including stakeholder collaboration
Project management skills (an asset)
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
