Le rôle de Conseiller(ère) de vente est un élément clé du succès et de l’efficacité globale du magasin. Il exige une attention directe envers l’engagement de la marque lors du service à la clientèle et dans l’atteinte des résultats.Le / la titulaire du poste est responsable de respecter les modèles de service et de vente Coach, de créer une première impression positive, de bâtir des relations clients durables grâce à une expérience personnalisée et de laisser une impression positive et mémorable.

VENTES – PLANCHER DE VENTE

  • Comprend les objectifs organisationnels et prend des décisions alignées avec les priorités de l’entreprise
  • Assume la responsabilité de ses résultats et demeure conscient(e) de ses indicateurs de performance personnels et du magasin; élabore des stratégies de vente et de clienteling en partenariat avec l’équipe de gestion
  • Met en place des stratégies à court et à long terme afin d’atteindre ses objectifs de performance
  • Assume la responsabilité de ses résultats de sondages clients et met en place des plans d’amélioration
  • Représente Coach à titre d’ambassadeur(rice) de la marque
  • Démontre en tout temps les standards de vente et de service Coach
  • Comprend les changements du marché local ayant un impact potentiel sur les performances et soutient l’exécution des stratégies de vente locales
  • Stimule les ventes par des stratégies de vente efficaces, le clienteling, l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et le maintien de relations durables
  • Crée une impression positive en se présentant de façon professionnelle, conforme au Guide de style Coach
  • Bâtit la crédibilité et la confiance à titre de conseiller(ère) mode en démontrant une connaissance des tendances et de la concurrence
  • Possède une connaissance approfondie des produits (caractéristiques, avantages, offres actuelles et valeur globale)
  • Communique clairement les stratégies de prix et de promotions en cours
  • Met en valeur les caractéristiques des produits et conclut les ventes grâce aux techniques de vente croisée
  • Encourage les ventes additionnelles pertinentes selon les besoins du client
  • Fait preuve de sensibilité aux besoins des clients et adapte son approche en lisant les signaux
  • Répond aux besoins uniques et individuels de chaque client
  • Gère plusieurs clients simultanément en ajustant ses priorités au besoin
  • Effectue des suivis clients authentiques afin d’influencer et conclure la vente
  • Ajuste ses techniques de vente pour contribuer aux résultats financiers du magasin
  • Développe des relations durables et loyales avec la clientèle
  • Utilise les outils et technologies Coach pour soutenir le clienteling et la relation client
  • Favorise l’enthousiasme et une vision commune
  • Encourage un environnement de vente d’équipe
  • Favorise un climat de collaboration, de confiance et de respect
  • Demeure orienté(e) solutions; flexible et adaptable aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise
  • Accueille la rétroaction et ajuste ses comportements

OPÉRATIONS

  • S’assure que toutes les tâches quotidiennes sont complétées sans compromettre le service ou les standards Coach
  • Effectue les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes (plancher de vente, arrière-boutique, caisse, marchandisage visuel) selon les standards Coach
  • Maintient un plancher de vente propre et bien organisé
  • Respecte toutes les politiques et procédures de vente au détail, incluant POS, opérations et prévention des pertes
  • Réapprovisionne le plancher de vente au besoin
  • Soutient les processus d’inventaire (réception de marchandise, mise en place, organisation du stock)
  • Appuie la caisse pour les transactions, retours et échanges au besoin
  • Traite efficacement les transactions clients (achats, retours, échanges, commandes trouvées,
  • Prépare le magasin en maintenant l’organisation, la propreté et les standards visuels

  • Exigences additionnelles

    Expérience :

    1 à 3 ans d’expérience en vente, idéalement dans un environnement de vente au détail de luxe. Connaissance des tendances mode et de la concurrence.

    Formation :

    Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent; diplôme collégial souhaité.

    Compétences techniques :

    Connaissance des systèmes de caisse, compétences informatiques de base (iPad, ordinateur portable, Mobile POS, Internet), utilisation de walkie-talkie, lecture de listes de prix et de lancements produits.

    Exigences physiques :

    Capacité à travailler à un rythme rapide; à communiquer efficacement; à se déplacer sur le plancher de vente et en arrière-boutique; capacité à se pencher, grimper et s’agenouiller. Capacité à soulever régulièrement jusqu’à 25 lb et occasionnellement jusqu’à 50 lb.
