Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with RFP experience to define, analyze and document business processes and requirements for an Enterprise B2B Pricing Solution .
Must Haves :
- 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- RFP and software selection processes experience
- ERP systems and integrations experience (SAP, JDE, Great Plains)
- Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance processes experience
- Energy and / or Retail industry experience
Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering workshops / interviews to gather and document business requirements.
- Document as-is processes maps, develop to-be process maps and gain consensus among various stakeholders.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to ensure an appropriate engagement and communications plan are in place for each group of stakeholders.
- Participate in RFP process by planning and coordinating vendor demos.
- Assist in software evaluation and developing recommendations.
