Salary band : $ 35,151 - $ 43,930 / year

In this role, you will :
- Work with the Service Centre Supervisor to help coordinate the day to day delivery of the Health Equipment Loan Program and support cleaning of health equipment.
- Maintain inventory records on loans, returns and statistics in accordance with program policies and procedures.
- Coordinate day to day administrative functions such as managing the front desk, financial transactions and ensuring all information flow to public is timely and accurate.
- Support other Red Cross initiatives, as needed, to provide for a coordinated team effort to meet the needs of the vulnerable in our communities.
What we are looking for :
- The minimum qualifications for this job are completion of post-secondary education or diploma in a health-related field with one to three years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple issues simultaneously in a complex client-based environment.
- Sound decision making abilities, combined with strong organizational skills, are essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English and French is mandatory.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and administrative skills.
- Previous experience working with volunteers or seniors considered an asset.
- Ability to do medium to heavy lifting.
