Logistics - Shipping and Receiving Coordinator - PM shift

Position Description Summary Reporting to the Lead Hand the successful candidate will be responsible for the shipping and receiving within the warehouse. Principal Accountabilities

• Processing customer orders – including picking, packing and inspecting shipments.
• Responsible for adherence to corporate departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Meet established performance standards.
• Daily communication with transportation companies and customer
• Receiving
• Repetitive lifting of heavy items
• Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and receipts
• Daily warehouse housekeeping
• Participating in inventory control and cycle counting
• Liaising with other departments to address delivery and receipt enquires
• Becoming an effective team member by participating in process improvement initiatives
• Performing other general administrative / warehouse duties and tasks as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

The salary range for this position is : $45, - 50,
