As the Director of Engineering, you will provide strategic leadership and operational direction to a multi-disciplinary engineering team responsible for developing and supporting our product lines. Reporting directly to the Vice President / General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning engineering strategies with business objectives, fostering a lean and innovative culture, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and continuous improvement.

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategic engineering plans that support company growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Team Development : Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to engineering managers across product lines, ensuring clear communication and alignment of departmental objectives. Build organizational capabilities through skills gap assessments, coaching, and professional development programs.
• Lean Champion : Champion Lean principles across engineering functions to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Service) to ensure engineering output aligns with business needs.
• Project Oversight : Oversee project execution—including planning, resource management, timelines, and deliverables—ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Innovation Driver : Drive innovation, cost optimization, and design improvements without compromising product performance, quality, or safety.
• Compliance : Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards, ensuring engineering practices meet industry and corporate benchmarks.

Salary Range : 140K – 180K
