About the role

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT Strategy & Governance team .

The IT Strategy & Governance team is responsible for ensuring that Canadian Blood Service's technology resources are used effectively and align with its overall business goals.

Reporting to the Chief Architect, in this role you will design and evolve enterprise and cloud-based solutions that support critical business and operational goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders, domain architects, and technical leaders to assess existing systems, identify modernization opportunities, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions across donor acquisition, testing, supply chain, and distribution domains. This role requires strong architectural expertise, a solid understanding of enterprise platforms, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, compliant, and future-ready technology solutions.
