Job Summary

Job Description
- Empty all trash containers, collect all sort of recycling, set-up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed, clean cafeteria, lunchrooms and conference rooms, clean outside areas of building as needed, performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Worker could work in Commercial Plant or Foundation Plant.
Skills Required
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Education / Training / Certifications
HS Diploma / GED required.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
- It would be good if the person could drive a bobcat or willing to be trained for that.
- The start time could change. In this moment could be at 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM but could change to earlier 2- 3 hours or later 2-3 hours Monday to Friday.
Pay Rate / Salary
Estimated Salary : $11.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications.
