Schedule Hours : Mon- Fri 9-5 - 37.5 hrs / per week

NOTE Re-release / re-build of 75729-1
Project : Will be working on multiple projects related to online and mobile banking. Potential for new projects and working on existing projects .
Team details : 14 team members - just BSAs - 5 FTEs and the rest are contractors - collaborative and supportive team, get together every other week to meet and discuss, monthly meetings.
Selling point of the position : Candidate will be involved with retail banking and have the opportunity for a more front end customer experience.
Who will the candidate be working with on a Daily basis - Pod members, product owners, architects, dev leads, QA leads, UX designers.
Job Description :
Expert in use case activity diagrams
System use cases showing interaction between user / DCT systems / supporting actors
Propter notation
System use cases are NOT screen flow
- Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems
- Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems
- Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources
- Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with UX and content teams
- Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support
Must haves :
1. 8+ years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience
2. Confluence / JIRA / MS Teams / ALM
3. Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories / scenarios / acceptance criteria for Dev / QA workflow and consumption
4. Previous mobile banking experience
Nice to have :
- Previous CIBC experience
- CBAP Certification

- Great communication skills

Notes :
- Understanding of use cases activity diagrams
- Understand the interaction between their systems
- Able to speak with UX and content Teams
