Job Description : Position Title : Business Systems Analyst - Specialist

Line of Business : Digital Technology : Online and mobile banking - front end applications

Contract Duration : 12 months

Remote / Hybrid : Hybrid - in office every weds and 3rd Friday

Location Address : 81 Bay Street

Project : Will be working on multiple projects related to online and mobile banking. Potential for new projects and working on existing projects .

Job Description :

Expert in use case activity diagrams

System use cases showing interaction between user / DCT systems / supporting actors

Propter notation

System use cases are NOT screen flow

Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems

Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems

Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources

Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle

Collaborate with UX and content teams

Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support

Must haves :

1. 8+ years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience

2. Confluence / JIRA / MS Teams / ALM

3. Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories / scenarios / acceptance criteria for Dev / QA workflow and consumption

4. Previous mobile banking experience

5. Previous API experience

Nice to have :

Previous banking experience

CBAP Certification

Education and Certifications : CBAP - nice to have - focus is more on work experience
