Service Receiver / Inventory Control Associate We are looking for a Service Receiver / Inventory Control Associate Service to join our growing team.

Things you will do : Inspect incoming materials to specifications outlined Troubleshoot and resolve material discrepancies Perform administrative duties related to inventory control including cycle-counting Use equipment to handle materials such as pallet jacks, forklift etc.
Provide top-notch, high quality customer service to all Magnum internal customers Ability to analyze mechanical information provided by the mechanics and enter information into the system with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Responsible for retrieving parts required for repairs and maintenance and interacting with Mechanics Conduct parts research, identification, and order activities for internal customers.
Perform warehouse activities in support of internal and external customers Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task as required in a fast-paced work environment Communicate directly with customers in person, via phone and by email where required Assist with the retrieval of parts required to perform services as required for the maintenance team Monitor and respond to activities at the service counter including customer contact and parts Project a professional image that positively represents the Company to internal and external customers Perform other duties as required Shift Requirements : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm What you have : Minimum 2 years in production parts planning preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Previous experience with document management, warehouse management systems and order process systems Ability to read a basic drawing.
Experience with measurement Tools (e.g. scales, measuring tape, thermometer, temperature gauge, air pressure gauge) Experience with material handling Equipment (e.
g. dollies, forklifts, hand trucks, jacks, pallet trucks, wrapping machinery) Ability to establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills Above average reading comprehension, writing and numeracy required.
Must display a positive attitude. Must be able to work in a fast paced atmosphere Attention to detail & high level of accuracy required.
Very effective organizational skills Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, Email (must be able to demonstrate ability). Who are you?
