Job descriptionProcess returns, replacements, and shipping claims in collaboration with internal teams Coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate shipping, on-time delivery, and clear order status updates Proactively communicate stock availability, order progress, and delivery timelines to customers Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships via phone, email, and in person Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and payment processing Respond promptly to customer communications and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Assist with inventory tracking and order management Reconcile freight invoices, flag discrepancies, and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records 2+ years’ experience working as a customer service representative College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) or Business Central is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work well in a team and independently. Basic understanding of accounting and logistics processes.
