Job Title : Junior Customer Service Representative

Location : Brampton, ON

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Job Description :

XTL Transport Inc., a well-established company in the Transportation, Logistics, and Warehousing / Distribution industry, is currently seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Brampton office. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with an interest in building a stable career in logistics.

Responsibilities :

Perform general data entry related to receiving and shipping transactions

Create, update, and maintain customer account information

Provide administrative and operational support to other Customer Service Representatives

Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams

Communicate customer requests to the operations department

Follow up with customers and operations to ensure documentation accuracy

Validate transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper invoicing

Run reports as required

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role

Experience in a transportation or distribution center environment is an asset

Knowledge of WMS systems (AS400 is an asset)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Bilingual (oral and written) considered an asset

CTPAT-sensitive position – criminal background check required

Shift Available :

Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
