Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in preventative care, proactive health management, chronic disease management, and patient education , while delivering high-quality, compassionate care personalized to the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, history taking, and review of diagnostic testsInterpret results from advanced diagnostic tools such as Mole Mapping Dermoscopy, Dexa, VO2 max, ECG, and lab testingDevelop and implement personalized health management plans focusing on prevention, proactive wellness strategies, and chronic disease managementCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and fitness specialists to optimize patient outcomesEducate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness strategiesPrescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary, following provincial regulations and clinic protocolsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's electronic medical records systemParticipate in clinic initiatives, such as health education events or development of patient resourcesStay updated on advancements in preventative health, functional medicine, and longevity careQualifications :
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in British ColumbiaMaster's degree in Nursing or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventative, family, or executive health settingsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered careAbility to work collaboratively within a team-based environmentInterest in and knowledge of wellness, fitness, and nutrition principles is an assetFamiliarity with electronic medical records systemsWhat We Offer :
