Position : Outside Sales Representative – HVAC / R Preventative Maintenance (Hunter)

Location : Richmond, BC

Salary Range : $82,000-$92,000 + (Commissions and Bonuses available)

Your primary focus will be to identify and secure new clients for our preventative maintenance programs — helping them protect and optimize their building HVAC systems.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Outside HVAC Sales Representative to help drive the growth and profitability of our service business in Richmond, BC working in the Lower Mainland.

• Identify, target, and qualify prospective customers through a disciplined, professional sales process.
• Conduct discovery and solution-based sales calls to understand client needs and recommend tailored HVAC service solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory marketing plan; attend industry and networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Represent Carmichael Engineering with professionalism, integrity, and pride while upholding our standards of quality and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.
