Job descriptionThe wage is expected to be $90K - $110K / yr. 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This position will require some travel (day trips) Streamlining projects through effective planning / scheduling, purchasing, and process implementation Liaising with subcontractors, stakeholders, suppliers, engineers, site supervisors, and employees Ensuring that financial costs are well managed and reported accurately Reviewing and approving drawings Obtaining quotes and ordering materials Acquiring occupancy, development, and building permits Reporting on project progression Creating manuals for operations and maintenance Preparing invitations to bid 5+ years of previous experience in a project management role, within commercial construction Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract Ability to read blueprints and interpret contracts First Aid training Proficient in MS Office Travel to site on an as-needed basis Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation Post Secondary Education in Design and Drafting Technology Familiarity with AutoCAD
