Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is a large Engineering Organization that is looking to hire a Software Engineering Team Lead for a 1 year contract role. The job is hybrid based - 2 days / week on-site in Oshawa.

In this role you will play a key role in leading the development of Enterprise level applications using the latest Microsoft Based technologies. We are looking for a "hands on" technical leader with a solid understanding of React / Angular NodeJS technologies. Ideally you have a deep technical skills with Azure, Mongo DB and devops practices and strong Distributed systems design experience..

• Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.

This position requires 10+ years of technical applications development experience.
