Location : Central Ontario (Remote, with extensive travel within Ontario and other locations as assigned)

As a Field Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional on-the-road service, diagnosis, and repair of various vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the technical support domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Field Service Specialist, you will :
- Deliver comprehensive on-site service and repair solutions for a diverse range of vehicles, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Engage with customers to provide timely service quotes and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warranty Administration, to document service issues and facilitate warranty cost recovery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of service protocols, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Field Service Specialist, you will bring :
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with a focus on mechanical service and repair fields.
- A valid Driver’s License and a commendable driving record.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role within the mechanical service industry.
- Proficiency in automotive mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to interpret blueprints, system schematics, and technical manuals.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
