Work Environment : Retail

Shift : 8 : 00 pm 3 : 00am

We are currently looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Building Cleaner.

As a Building Cleaner with IFC, you'll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments for our retail clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work Independently : Complete cleaning tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Collaborate as a Team : Coordinate with teammates via online platforms to meet shared cleaning and maintenance goals.
• Floor Care : Carry out floor cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail and care for finishes.
• Facility Cleaning : Ensure retail and commercial spaces are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable.
• Follow Safety Protocols : Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver Exceptional Service : Uphold IFCs high standards of customer satisfaction through professional, consistent service.
• Meet Performance Standards : Support ongoing quality through regular inspections and performance evaluations (KPIs).
• Training & Mentorship : No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support for all new hires.
• Subcontractor Opportunities : Available for individuals or small businesses looking to expand their services with IFC.
