Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager with at least three years of management experience at Tim Hortons . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales and operational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members
• Ensure Tim Hortons standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Monitor sales performance and control costs
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
