Resident Advisor : Build Community & Student Success

A university residence provider is seeking a Resident Advisor (RA) who will serve as a role model and support for students living in residence. The RA will be responsible for creating a safe community environment and facilitating social and educational programs. Candidates must be full-time students with a minimum GPA of 65%. Leadership experience is a plus. This role offers the chance to develop skills in mentorship and community building within a supportive team.
