Our client is a well-established Canadian Real Estate Developer creating tremendous success for over 75 years.
A large aspect of their success involves their commitment to improving the lives of people in their community by actively supporting charities with fundraising, sponsoring events, and funding scholarships.
In this role, you will be a crucial support figure for their Vice President of Marketing, and Philanthropy. This individual is a fashion icon herself, being photographed and interviewed by media outlets and famous fashion designers worldwide.
What you will do :
- organize travel and event schedule for Fashion Week in Paris, coordinate TV interviews and photography shoots, public appearances, with a heavy emphasis on keeping this Executive on track.
- work with travel agents, and have full oversight with luggage and accommodation, limousines, and make-up studio staff. You will be required to travel extensively for overnights and attend monthly charity galas (day and evening) and a one-week Fashion week trip to Europe.
In-office duties include maintaining marketing budgets and documents, liaise with Social media professionals, prepare expense reports, agendas, correspondence, take meeting minutes, and update contact lists for new partnerships.
What you bring :
- 5 years of similar Personal / Executive Assistant experience for a very busy public figure.
- Excellent written and articulate verbal communication skills, demonstrated professionalism and discretion
- Be available to travel up to 30 overnight trips per year, work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Must have your own vehicle and have an up-to-date passport
