We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Audio / Visual industry, based in Abbotsford BC, for an AV Sales & Design role. In this position, you will be expected to apply your experience with AV systems and design to manage and expand client accounts efficiently. This position could be a hybrid / remote opportunity for those located outside the Fraser Valley, but candidates must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area or Fraser Valley of BC.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize your knowledge of AV systems in sales and design processes.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved promptly.
- Apply your expertise in Microsoft and Google software for efficient workflow.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on urgent matters as needed.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
- Utilize your reliable transportation, backed by a valid Class 5 Drivers License, for necessary travel.
- Leverage your experience with control and DSP systems in the design process.
- Apply your skills in outbound sales, audio video, account management, consultative sales, and consultative selling to enhance our sales process and customer experience.
