Lead Warehouse Associate

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Order Fulfillment : Pull, stage, and accurately count orders, ensuring all products are properly located and organized.
  • Inventory Management : Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying stock against purchase orders (POs). Assist with stock orders, return materials, and manage overstocked items for vendor returns.
  • Material Handling : Stock, consolidate, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure all items leaving the shop are properly documented on material sheets.
  • Purchase Order & Shipping Documentation : Create POs for ordered parts and equipment. Prepare and manage shipping documentation for outgoing materials.
  • Returns & Warranty Claims : Inspect, process, and handle returns and warranty claims efficiently.
  • Warehouse Operations : Ensure all scheduled jobs have the necessary materials and equipment pulled and staged for installers. Check, organize, and put away stock orders.
  • Support for Installers : Assist installers with loading / unloading vans, and deliver parts and equipment to field technicians as needed.
  • Company Vehicle Maintenance : Wash and maintain company vehicles, perform weekly inspections, schedule regular maintenance including : oil changes, inspections, and tire changes
  • Recycling & Waste Management : Recycle materials (cardboard, plastic, metal) using the appropriate machinery.

    • Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Valid Driver's License : Must be insurable through company insurance carrier.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, ideally in a trade-related environment.
  • Physical Requirements : Must be able to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Background Check : Must pass a background check upon receiving a conditional offer.
  • Software Proficiency : Familiarity with inventory tracking software is preferred.
