Our client, a general contractor established for four decades, specializing in private and public building projects, is looking for a site superintendent for a public project in the healthcare sector. Under the supervision of the General Superintendent, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of our construction project objectives. Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on assigned job sites. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project schedules. Manage human, material, and financial resources on the site efficiently. Collaborate with work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job sites. Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings. Project management and team supervision skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
