Job descriptionMinimum de 15 ans d’expérience en vente B2B. Bonne compréhension des processus manufacturiers. Expérience dans la vente d’équipements ayant une valeur de plus de 100K $. Expérience dans le secteur de la transformation du bois (un atout) Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication, avec la capacité d’établir des relations de confiance avec des clients. Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers clients simultanément et tout en suivant les processus établis par l’entreprise. Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Français fonctionnel. Permis de conduire valide (pour déplacements chez les clients). Prêt à voyager selon les besoins du marché (principalement en Amérique du Nord et en Europe).

LE RÔLE
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Senior Sales Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe et être responsable de la vente de nos équipements robotiques industriels dans le secteur du bois d'œuvre. Vous serez le principal point de contact pour nos clients, et vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de l'entreprise. Vous serez chargé(e) de développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires, d’entretenir des relations solides avec nos clients existants et de concrétiser des ventes en suivant tout le processus, de la prospection à la vente.
- Accroître les revenus de l’entreprise générés par la vente d’équipements manufacturiers dans le secteur du bois d'œuvre.
- Accroître la rentabilité du département de vente et marketing.
- Identifier, prospecter et acquérir de nouveaux clients.
- Participer aux négociations contractuelles et conclure les ventes.
- Documenter dans le CRM l’évolution du processus de vente.
- Maintenir une base de données de clients, prospects et transactions dans notre CRM.
- Participer aux foires commerciales et autres événements de promotions des produits qu’il représente.
- Visiter les distributeurs et les clients au besoin.
La performance sera mesurée par l’accroissement des revenus des produits qu’il représente et de la rentabilité du département de Vente et Marketing.
