Responsibilities : Lead and guide Agile teams through the development lifecycle to deliver high-impact solutionsEnsure teams adopt Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) that reduce overhead, improve collaboration, and maximize value deliveryFoster an outcomes-driven approach, utilizing automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize team efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration within our client's ecosystemDrive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from sprint reviews and retrospectives into actionable enhancementsAct as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a growth mindset to keep teams motivated, engaged, and productiveQualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field5+ years of hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with at least 4+ years coaching Agile teams2+ years’ experience in cloud-based software delivery, with a preference for Azure, AWS, or GCPProven expertise in DevOps environments, with knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as codeCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master)Strong facilitation skills and experience in leading Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planningPay Rate : $65-85.00 / hour Please note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
