What will your typical day look like?

As the SAP NetWeaver Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of the SAP platform running within Deloitte’s data centers and GCP ecosystem to support business strategy, vision and goals that Includes SAP Basis for ECC, S / 4, Suite on Hana, Hana DB, SLT, BOE, SAP Data Services and other related and supporting platform technologies such as windows, and Linux.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Perform SAP Installations, Configurations, Parameter Updates, system copies and Upgrades. Serve as a SAP Basis Administration Subject Matter Expert towards performance Tuning, system sizing, etc.
  • Apply OSS Notes, Support Packs, Support Pack Stacks, Add-Ons, Enhancement Packs, Monitor and Administer Batch Jobs.
  • Setup HANA replication, backup / restore, HA and DR setup.
  • Support various public cloud platforms (GCP and Azure)
  • Job has high level of technical complexity : Knowledgeable of SAP Netweaver components, Database, operating system, Enterprise Portal, Business Objects, HANA and network components is mandatory.
  • Significant interaction with functional team, security team and the developers during the course of the job.

    Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in SAP Basis / Netweaver Technology especially HANA DB, S / 4, Suite on Hana, MSSQL, Windows, and Linux (Redhat OS is a plus)
  • Knowledge of ITIL and standard Infrastructure Operations Processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Experience operating in Agile, DevSecOps environment
  • Ability to work in a distributed global team environment and flexible with work hours
  • Preferred :

  • At least 10+ years of Strong experience in SAP Basis / Netweaver Technology especially HANA DB, S / 4, Suite on Hana, MSSQL, Windows, and Linux (Redhat OS is a plus).
  • Experience in Business Objects and SAP data services is preferred, knowledge in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus

    The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
