Job description

Our client, a large consulting firm is hiring a team of SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultants (both functional and technical) for various consulting and managerial positions :

The role :

You will be responsible for providing functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture. This role involves working with Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform. You will provide guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
Minimum 5 year of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central implementation
At least 3 Full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, etc.)

Desired Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors product.

Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems / complex situations.

Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.

Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.

Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
