Location : Various locations across Ontario
As a Construction Lawyer you will provide legal expertise in constructionrelated matters including contract negotiations dispute resolution and compliance with regulations. You will work with contractors developers and other stakeholders to manage legal risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and negotiate construction contracts.
- Represent clients in constructionrelated disputes and litigation.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
- Provide legal counsel on construction liens and project financing.
