The Role : As an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will provide high-quality, specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor, assess, and manage the care of neonates, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor neonates' health status, including vital signs, medication administration, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate and support families on their newborn’s condition, treatment options, and care practices.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of patients, addressing any ethical concerns and ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Ensure adherence to established protocols, policies, and best practices to maintain patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation for each patient.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance patient care and outcomes.
