Job description2-4 years of work experience in data analytics, data management or related fields. A relevant undergraduate or advanced degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Excel. Experience with other data visualization or business intelligence software is an asset. SQL, database management or programming experience is an asset. Commercial real estate industry experience is preferred. Knowledge and experience with real estate software such as VTS Lease, Argus Enterprise, Yardi, MRI is an asset. Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication and project management skills. A proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. A dedication to providing exceptional service to internal clients. The ability to deliver results within a given time frame and adapt to change in a positive way. A team-oriented approach to meeting goals and objectives. A willingness to take responsibility and easily digest constructive feedback, using it as a learning opportunity. The ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities to meet deadlines. The ability to perform with exceptional integrity, always striving to do the right thing and help to create an environment built on trust, honesty and respect.
What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role :
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to define data analytics and data management requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy and maintain reports, semantic models and dataflows in Power BI.
- Develop, test, deploy and maintain data collection and management tools using Microsoft Power Apps, Excel and other solutions.
- Assist in the data analytics modernization projects.
- Train and support users of data analytics and data management tools.
- Improve existing processes and technology to provide high-quality reliable tools to senior management, asset and property management teams.
