Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Appian Lead Developer to lead, design, and implement innovative Appian solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Appian platform, integrations, and certifications, alongside strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

As an Appian Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of business solutions on the Appian platform. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, define technical architecture, and drive the development of high-quality applications. You will also mentor junior developers, ensuring they follow best practices and deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of Appian-based solutions for clients, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and various external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from design through to deployment, ensuring high-quality coding practices.
• Provide Appian-specific architectural expertise, guiding the team in the implementation of complex solutions.
• Oversee system integrations with databases, external applications, and other platforms, ensuring seamless operation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers , ensuring best practices are followed and that quality standards are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and integrations, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Appian applications and integrations.
• Provide input on project timelines, resource allocation, and status reporting to senior management.
• Participate in client-facing meetings to review requirements and deliver progress updates.
