Overview
We are seeking a Public Relations Consultant to join Communication Research & Strategy Division under the Communications Strategy Department.
The Communications Strategy Department is a key department within Public Affairs of Saudi Aramco that manages, tracks and executes the companies Advertising Campaigns, Corporate Sponsorships and develops Communication and Content Strategies as well as tracks and monitors the reputation of the company in key target markets around the world.
The Public Relations Consultant main role is to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets based on established models to provide actionable insights on our company's reputation and brand in different markets and different segments, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve it.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following :
- Oversee the company's global quantitative reputation study and supporting qualitative program of focus groups and in-depth interviews
- Oversee the company's social listening and insights program system which gauges all Saudi Aramco sentiment across digital media platforms incl. traditional media, social media, and digital media and forums.
- Oversee company brand measurement and research to identify return-on-investment from advertising and sponsorships
- Develop relevant KPIs and track performance for regular KPI reporting
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal partners to track and measure impacts across events, communications and public relations activities
- Manage the company's central hub and repository of reputation and brand research and data
- Manage contracting and invoicing associated with the contracted agencies
- Conducting high-level statistical analysis on available datasets for integrated driver analysis
- Developing survey and data sourcing design guidance to drive statistical connectivity across diverse data sets while ensuring statistical relevance and cost effectiveness of individual studies.
