Job Description : Your mission :

Act as a specialist in process transformation for a technological integration project and several business processes in operational risks. In this capacity, you will be required to simplify ways of doing things, to use your communication skills and to demonstrate your power of influence.

Your job :

You will be responsible for implementing and improving operational risk processes :

• Evaluate all processes and identify optimization possibilities.
• Analyze processes in order to understand the issues and identify business needs and promote optimal and adapted solutions in order to resolve issues.
• Propose strategies to support the integration of a technological tool.
• Ensure the alignment and simplification of processes in the technological tool and satellite processes and document deviations from the target process.
• Make recommendations and collaborate in the development of target operating models.
• Ensure continuous improvement, operational excellence, standardization and simplification.
• Ensure the execution of the transformation steps of the identified organizational processes.
• Support stakeholders in implementing these changes.
• Carry out various analyzes in order to make recommendations and guide decisions.
• Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of project phases (e.g. writing business requirements, execution of testing strategies).
• Write and update all documentation relating to the processes impacted by the change.
