Job descriptionClient Engagement : Take applications over the phone, guide clients through the Sales & Relationship Management : Act as in-house renewal and refinance Lender & Compliance Coordination : Submit applications to lenders, manage conditions, Pipeline & Database Management : Stay on top of leads, track live mortgage applications, RECA License (required). 2+ years of mortgage underwriting or finance experience. Proficiency in Expert / Expert Pro (or similar mortgage software). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple files and deadlines.
