Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Superviser et analyser la performance des stratégies financières - Préparer des rapports mensuels et trimestriels pour les entreprises du portefeuille - Construire des prévisions annuelles et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) - Participer activement aux processus d'acquisition et de vente - Appliquer les meilleures pratiques financières au portefeuille - Superviser les tâches comptables, y compris les processus de clôture financière mensuelle - Organiser les audits annuels et assurer la conformité - Développer une équipe financière performante - Appuyer l'intégration des nouvelles acquisitions via la mise en œuvre des systèmes ERP.

Vos Atouts pour ce poste!

CPA avec 7-8+ années d'expérience en comptabilité

Expérience en gestion d'équipe de 3 ans minimum

Idéalement issu des BIG4 avec une expérience en industrie

Connaissance du secteur des logiciels et des fusions-acquisitions, un atout

Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et d'un ERP, NetSuite de préférence

Anglais courant (9 / 10) et français professionnel (8 / 10)

Capacités analytiques et adaptabilité face aux zones grises.
