If you are looking to independently manage a business with equity shares, this opportunity may be for you! We are in expansion mode, building our new division in the oxygen space, and actively recruiting a Managing Partner to join to grow our Home Oxygen division in Southern AB with the position based in Calgary. At AvantSleep, we are dedicated team of professionals providing the highest quality in CPAP and sleep therapy services across Canada. We provide clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment. Managing Partner Responsibilities : Expand brand awareness and relationships in your local community. Contribute to growth by liaising with medical professionals, provision of demonstrations and education on products and services to prospective clients and referral sources. Build and manage a team of patient care coordinators and healthcare professionals. Implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Manage, monitor, and review business operations, focusing on building a sustainable business. Skills & Qualifications : A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), with current registration in good standing with their college is required. Strong experience in management or leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector. However, we welcome applications from leaders in all industries who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management, with a strong track record of building meaningful connections within the community, clinics, hospitals, or the broader healthcare network. Private healthcare management experience is considered an asset. Relationships with key community decision makers. Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, assess situations, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines. Ability to self-motivate and lead your team to success.
