- Team structure : Candy Digital team is composed of 23 people (6 Canada and 17 Manila). Looking to keep a similar structure for next year plus adding one AE and one PM in Canada, mid-year.
- Experience working in revenue growth positions at companies over the $3MM
- Leadership and management skills with teams of similar or larger size
- Experience working in the Advertising industry, more specifically in Creative or Production agencies.
- Experience managing offshore teams is a plus but not required.
Goals for 2025
Revenue goals for 2025 : $2MM in sales revenueBuild partnerships with existing clients in order to increase spend and become an exclusive vendor when applicable.Leverage their agency experience and network to open doors to agencies in Canada where we haven’t been able to get in. Lead those conversations and define the right approach to get our foot in the door.Lead and mentor the sales team for new business development opportunities. Currently, we have one Account Executive on staff, looking to hire another one by mid 2025. This is a new team so it will require a bit more hands-on management as we try to define the best Go To Market strategy for creative agencies and direct brands.Lead the launch of the new Candy Digital website and ensure the marketing strategy tied to it gets deployed successfully, on time and we track the results for the remainder of the year.About the Company :

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to oversee business operations, provide strategic leadership and drive the company's revenue growth. The Managing Director's responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success.
