Possess strong, positive interpersonal and communication skills Be effective in implementing curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices that meet the diverse needs of learners Makes wise decisions which are aligned with core values and professional norms, and best interests of staff and students. Be highly organized, efficient and manage time and priorities well. Be effective in resolving problems while maintaining the dignity of all parties. Salary : $88,500 per year Health Benefits Program : The program is cost shared (80 : 20) between NCCS and administrator. Covers 80% Basic Dental and 80% Extended Health Care with small amounts of Life and Critical Illness Insurance. RRSP Matching Program : For every dollar the employee puts towards an RRSP NCCS will match 75 cents. Moving Costs : Negotiable Valid BC teaching certificate Master’s degree in education or a related field is an asset A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faith-based learning environment Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation Cover letter and resume summarizing training and experience Three professional references with contact information Personal faith story
