Compensation :

We have options to be hired on as a commission based employee or a base salary + commission and are excited to talk more about what that looks like depending on experience, hours, and what you value in a compensation package.

You can expect to earn $70,000-$100,000 starting in a full time role, depending on hours and performance. Our compensation structure allows you to focus on your learning while having the opportunity to make an excellent wage as your skills improve.

The Company :

Kids Physio Group (kidsphysio.ca) is a company of registered physiotherapists, with locally owned clinics across the country. We have a network of almost 100 pediatric physiotherapists who are incredibly passionate about making physio FUN, and collaborate regularly to deliver world-class care to our clients. Our appointments are long and 1 : 1 to ensure we build rapport and support our young clients in reaching their maximum physical potential.

The Clinic :

Our 3000+ sqft clinic is bright and colourful and full of perfectly tailored equipment for kids including a Lite Gait, pilates Reformer, turf track, and teen-centered weight area complete with barbells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and more. We have a rock wall to climb, ladders to hang on, a locally crafted jungle gym with monkey bars - and we also have a sensory room!

Victoria is the most beautiful location on the island (in our humble opinion!) and there’s an abundance of activities to choose from - gorgeous beaches to explore, mountains and trails to hike and bike, craft breweries, cozy bookstores, and a rich historic downtown core. Our clinic is located within a plaza (Munro Center) across from a bigger plaza (Uptown Mall) so there are several options for tasty foods or retail therapy on your breaks!

The Community : The Position :

• Schedule :  We are looking for the right person to join our team and will consider any schedule. The clinic is open evenings and weekends too!
• Experience :  all experience levels are welcome to apply, including interim / resident physiotherapists and new grads. Our comprehensive mentorship program will allow you to grow into an expert pediatric physiotherapist.
• Passion for working with children :  experience with children and youth (including in non-clinical settings!) is an asset.
