Job descriptionReporting to the IT Service Center Manager, the Senior IT Technician will have the following responsibilities : Provide technical support to internal users and business partners; Diagnose, analyze, document, investigate, and / or resolve issues autonomously; Ensure the proper functioning of workstations, deploy software, and manage rights : security groups, etc.; Provide support for the Office 365 environment and offer technological guidance to promote optimal use; Support videoconference rooms (Teams Room); Take charge of optimizing Apple mobile devices : iPads & iPhones; Prepare and install various IT equipment; Participate in technological projects. Hold a DEC or DEP in Computer Science or relevant experience; At least 3 years of experience in IT support for users in a business environment; Strong communication and writing skills (bilingualism in English / French, both written and spoken); Experience with the Office 365 environment; Knowledge of using an ITSM platform; Must be available for emergency calls (based on operational needs) outside of regular office hours.
