Day to Day Prepare, review, and dispatch export documentation in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and banking requirements; liaise with buyers on document instructions and amendments Arrange sampling, inspections, and certification with inspection / laboratory providers Issue commercial invoices to buyers and review vendor invoices, identifying and allocating applicable costs for customer chargeback Liaise with banks on document presentation under letters of credit; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Provide timely updates to internal teams, including cash/treasury, on payment status and expected value dates Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in export documentation with a preference for agriculture or bulk commodities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Post-secondary education in areas such as logistics, agriculture, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Work experience with letters of credit may be considered High level of communication skills both verbal and written Excellent organizational and time managements skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills to proactively identify issues and provide viable solutions to problems Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work flexible working hours with a strong work ethic to be motivated and reliable We thank all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
