Role Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist of our Toronto studio, you will be responsible to greet clients on their visit and offer them our services. You will also answer customers' inquiries about studio services via telephone or face to face. You will be processing their payments and maintaining a record of the transactions. You will be the primary point of contact between the salon clients and the salon team. You will be directly working with our Toronto Store Manager.
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling programs
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner, and experience handling client questions and concerns
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is an asset but not required
- Post-secondary education or relevant training is an asset but not required
