Job Title : Financial Reporting Analyst
Duration : 10 months
Location : Montreal, CA
Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Description :
- Establish and maintain Client Engagement & Protection (CEP) processes for the Americas CIB platform in compliance with local and company regulations.
- Provide key Due Diligence & Client Service metrics, and collaborate with the Monitoring & Controls teams to ensure effective processes and controls.
- Engage with stakeholders for the Americas CEP platform to identify and document requirements in compliance with established regulations.
- Analyze information systems (e.g., GCARS, FENERGO), processes (e.g., KYC, Client Services, Monitoring and Controls) and propose customized solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement business solutions for process automation and performance improvement.
- Offer advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery, producing regular reports and analysis for management.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams for various projects and audits.
- Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements in company reporting systems are reliable, accurate, and functional.
- Assist in operationalizing policies and procedures, developing efficient tools, and supporting process redesign.
- Provide daily reporting support across the Americas region and handle ad-hoc requests.
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing client-related reports and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Define and provide key reporting metrics to stakeholders within Client Engagement & Protection.
- Develop and produce regular reports and analysis for management on regulatory risk items and emerging issues.
- Offer analytical support to business and functional management on regulatory matters.
