Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions architecturales pour les initiatives ServiceNow (CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Risk, etc.). Développer des flux de travail numériques interconnectés entre plusieurs modules ServiceNow. Contribuer à l'établissement des pratiques et de la gouvernance de la gestion des actifs informatiques. Évaluer et suggérer des méthodes pour maintenir la mise à jour de la CMDB. Définir et suggérer des solutions aux défis commerciaux tout en tenant compte des contraintes et des objectifs. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour garantir l'alignement avec les exigences et les normes informatiques. Diriger les exigences techniques des appels d'offres (RFP) et évaluer les réponses des fournisseurs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement architecture solutions for ServiceNow initiatives (CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Risk, etc.).
- Evaluate existing architectures for effectiveness and compliance; recommend improvement strategies.
- Analyze current implementations and propose corrective action plans with integrators.
- Deploy purchased modules and transition SNOW CMDB to CSDM 3.0.
- Develop interconnected digital workflows across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Contribute to the establishment of IT asset management practices and governance.
- Assess and suggest methods to maintain the CMDB's currency.
- Define and suggest solutions to business challenges while considering constraints and goals.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and IT standards.
- Produce and present architecture artifacts to the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Identify and address risks / issues in technology solutions and designs.
- Lead RFP technical requirements and evaluate vendor responses.
- Assist with the implementation of approved architectures, offering technical guidance and mentorship.
- Explore relevant technologies, conduct Proof of Concepts, and recommend future solutions.
- Serve as Architecture Owner for critical ServiceNow projects.
- Generate architecture artifacts, including blueprints and integration diagrams.
Education and certifications :
